Reality. That is a word that many people do not deal in as Christians. They think that they are right, everyone else is wrong, and the people that are bugging them, are sent there by the devil. That is is so wrong.
Many times, we have people in our life that will create friction in our life to sharpen us to where we need to be. That is what friction does. It sharpens things. It rubs the object from the friction until what was making the blade dull is now gone and the sharpness is ready to be revealed again.
God many times will let people come into our lives, to stretch us, to 'rub us the wrong way', to grow us, and transform us. We many times do not understand that these people are gifts from God, and for our Holy Success Journey. Who do you have in your life that is 'rubbing you the wrong way?' Could it be possible that it is a piece of 'Divine Iron' sent from the Lord?
Iron sharpens iron is such an ageless truth, and we all need to embrace that, as there is no way to sharpen our skillset without something... or someone... rubbing off what is dulling them.
Holy Father, thank You for the Friction that is in my life to sharpen my Success Skillset and mindset. Please give me patience and endurance, and let my words only edify You and bring Glory to You in all I do. Sharpen me Lord, with Your Divine Iron, and Shine the Light of Your Success in our lives today.
