"And they came out and found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name, him they compelled to bear His Cross."
(Matthew 27:32)
Are you going through a really hard time right now?
Are you just about ready to give up?
Don't you dare!
In this scripture is a Promise that is especially for you! Even the Son of the Living God, Who fell down carrying His Cross, got back up when His Father sent someone to help support the weight on Jesus' shoulders.
His name was Simon. He helped Jesus complete the path He was walking, because Jesus refused to give up. He knew what waited on Him and His creation, on the other side of the tomb. God always provides a support for when you get knocked down and the weight of your burden gets too heavy. Whatever it is you are going through, know that God is getting ready to send you a Simon because He knows what waits for you, on the other side of the adversity- His Success for His Grace!
Father, I ask that today You would lift us up, and help us when we fall down. Thank You for the Promise of Support, and help keep my eyes focused on the other side of this challenge, where Your Holy Achievement waits, with Your Love, Grace and Glory. Shine the Light of Your Success in my life today. Glory to Your Name! In Jesus' Name, amen.
